Successful ‘Mega’ Blood Drive In Bergen County On Sunday

Ridgewood Blood drive

As reported in a blood drive was held this past weekend in Mahwah NJ at the Police Academy on Campgaw Road. There are so many reasons why Northern Bergen County is such a great place to live and work. Each town’s a little different- Ridgewood with it’s beautiful and successful downtown, Mahwah w it’s wide open spaces and beautiful mountain views, Oakland and Franklin Lakes with their pristine lakes and soccer fields tucked around every turn,Wyckoff with it’s beautiful homes and small town feel to mention just a few. An easy commute into NYC and fantastic property values not to mention our wonderful school systems are what draw many to our municipalities however in my opinion our community involvement and good neighbor mentality is what makes me proud to say “This is my hometown” as was the example recently w a successful local blood drive:   Blood Drive In Bergen County On Sunday – Around Town | Ridgewood Glen Rock, New Jersey Patch.

As we enjoy the last vestiges of summer and pack our kids off to school I look forward to my favorite time of year -Fall in NJ as well as taking part and lending a hand in my neighborhood and my hometown w my neighbors, colleagues and friends.

Next Big Investment: A Million-Dollar Flip

I’ve just read another article today confirming that the investors market is really heating up and changing.  Specifically the market I work in-The Luxury Flip.

I’ve found that for the first time in 6 or 7 years investors are writing checks for investment property of all values however the number of investors fighting for the lower end price point make it all but impossible to make a prudent deal.

The investors that I work with who are willing to take the risk, spend the money on the initial purchase and the higher renovation costs are seeing a greater return on their investment. The DOM are getting better every day and the bidding wars have been fantastic! This is definitely in my opinion the arena to be working in with todays investor.
